White Glove Service Details

White glove service includes delivery, a two (2) person team, two flights of stairs, placement in your room of choice, light assembly, and unpacking and debris removal upon request.

  • White Glove Carrier will call you to coordinate a 4-hour delivery appointment. Deliveries are made for Monday through Friday, during normal business hours of 8am – 5pm.

* Please notify us by replying to the confirmation email if delivery requires more than two flights of stairs, or if there are any other delivery challenges so that we make appropriate delivery arrangements

  • Unsuccessful delivery attempts will incur an additional fee of $99

Threshold Service Details

Threshold service includes delivery into the first threshold of your home or building (inside the first door or dry area). This service does not include removal of packaging, assembly, or setup.

  • Carrier will call you to coordinate a 4-hour delivery appointment. Deliveries are made for Monday through Friday, during normal business hours of 8am – 5pm.
  • Unsuccessful delivery attempts will incur an additional fee of $99

Shipping FAQ

How will the white glove/threshold delivery appointment be arranged?

You will receive a Tracking or Waybill number from Nursery Works. To track your order, go to the corresponding carrier's website below and enter the Tracking or Waybill number provided or call the respective carrier for tracking status.

Your order will take 2 - 3 weeks to arrive at the local terminal (the last stop before arriving to you). Once the website indicates that your order is at the local terminal: the carrier/delivery service will then contact the phone number and/or email provided on the order within 48 hours of receiving the freight to schedule a delivery date with a 4-hour delivery window on Monday - Friday.

Please note that the tracking information found on the carrier's website should only be used as a general guideline and it is not a confirmed appointment. You will be contacted for the exact date and time of delivery.

Will my products be shipped separately?

We consolidate all items for one single delivery when all items become available. Should you prefer for items to ship as they become available, please contact us for more information.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?

Sorry, in order to provide you with the best service we require a street address in order to set up proper white glove delivery.

Can I ship parts of my order to different addresses?

Unfortunately, we do not ship orders to multiple addresses. Should you wish to have items delivered to multiple addresses, you will need to place an order for each destination.

Can I choose a different shipping method or carrier?

Sorry, but customers cannot request alternate shipping methods or carriers. We select shipping carriers and services based on how we can currently best provide customers with the best experience possible with our products.
