Shipping for Consumers

NurseryWorks.net ships to the contiguous 48 United States. For international orders or orders placed from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US Territories, please contact email@example.com.
White Glove Service Details
|Cribs||$150 per order||10-14 business days|
|Rockers & Storage||$120 per order||10-14 business days|
All items placed on the same order will be consolidated for delivery at no additional charge.
White glove service includes delivery, a two (2) person team, two flights of stairs*, placement in your room of choice, light assembly, unpacking and debris removal upon request. Assembly services do not include electrical, plumbing, or component hook-ups (including wall mounting).
The delivery appointment is made for a four hour window Monday through Friday, during normal business hours of 8am – 5pm.
- *Please notify us by replying to confirmation email if delivery requires more than two flights of stairs, to confirm delivery arrangements
- Unsuccessful white glove delivery attempts will incur an additional fee of $99
Fabric swatches will ship via USPS. Delivery time is 5-7 business days.
While placing your order, please check that your shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
How will the white glove delivery appointment be arranged?
To track your order, you can go to: www.nonstopdelivery.com. From there, enter the NSD Tracking number, provided by Nursery Works. Your order will take 10 - 14 business days to arrive at the local terminal. Once the website is updated as "arrived to our local NSD Terminal", the order is at the last stop before arriving to you.
The local terminal will then contact the customer within 48 hours of receiving the freight to schedule a delivery date with a 4-hour delivery window on Monday - Friday.
Will my products be shipped separately?
We consolidate all items for one single white glove delivery when all items become available. Should you prefer for items to ship as they become available, please contact us for more information.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?
Sorry, in order to provide you with the best service we require a street address in order to set up proper white glove delivery.
Can I ship parts of my order to different addresses?
Unfortunately, we do not ship orders to multiple addresses. Should you wish to have items delivered to multiple addresses, you will need to place an order for each destination.
Can I choose a different shipping method or carrier?
Sorry, but customers cannot request alternate shipping methods or carriers. We select shipping carriers and services based on how we can currently best provide customers with the best experience possible with our products.
Why is my item not available for ground shipping?
To ensure the best possible service and prevent furniture damage in transit, our furniture pieces are not available for ground shipping. White glove service allows us to ensure that you receive the best experience with our products.
