Nurseryworks furniture is handcrafted from woods finished with non-toxic and certified-safe lacquer and veneers. A child can not be harmed by these finishes. Furniture may be affected by a teething child. Replacement parts, touchup paint, and wood stain pens are available for sale from Nurseryworks. Nurseryworks products are handcrafted and made of woods. Wood is a natural material, which may bend and cause a variation in the alignment of the drawers. Should this occur, Nurseryworks recommends attaching felt tabs or rubber pieces underneath the drawers to ensure that the drawers align.
